The Why
Jeff Prout started PIA after being in multiple roles of the industry and never quite feeling fullfilled. After taking a step away in 2022, he refocused on why he got into insurance, and that was to help people protect what they have worked so hard to build. Jeff and his wife Ketti were also small business owners but never felt like they got the personal attention that a lot of the larger corporations were receiving, so Jeff thought there had to be a way to provide the smaller to medium sized businesses the same level of service. Prout Insurance Agency was born.
